Discrete Bottle Turner
The Discrete Bottle Turner — an innovative solution designed to handle bottles with unmatched precision. Our system seamlessly takes randomly oriented bottles on a conveyor and ensures they all face the same direction, ready for labelling. Utilising advanced machine vision technology, it accurately detects the orientation of each bottle and calculates the precise angle and direction needed for adjustment. As the bottles move along the conveyor, they are gently rotated by the neck, ensuring uniform orientation upon exiting the system.

Bagging Machine Upgrade
Omni Automation conducted an in-depth on-site analysis, monitoring the original machine’s operations and performing precise cycle-time evaluations. Leveraging this data, we engineered modifications that preserved most of the existing mechanisms. By integrating an additional servo, along with a few strategic upgrades in pneumatics and sensors, we successfully transformed the machine to handle dual infeed at high speed, meeting the customer’s needs without the cost of a full replacement.

Robot Palletiser
Omni Automation engineered a robust, high-speed robot palletiser that has dramatically reduced labour on the production line. Our custom-designed vacuum head for the robot is both quiet and efficient in its use of compressed air, ensuring optimal performance with minimal waste. The integrated guarding and safety systems are fully compliant with AS/NZS 4024.3302 standards, and we've implemented a touchscreen HMI that operates independently of the robot’s teach pendant, safeguarding the system from untrained use.
