In response, we engineered a robust, high-speed robot palletiser that has dramatically reduced labour on the production line. Our custom-designed vacuum head for the robot is both quiet and efficient in its use of compressed air, ensuring optimal performance with minimal waste. The integrated guarding and safety systems are fully compliant with Australian Standard AS/NZS 4024.3302, and we've implemented a touchscreen HMI that operates independently of the robot’s teach pendant, safeguarding the system from untrained use.
